I don't offer one-size-fits-all training plans, because they just don't work that well. I offer two main plans, which are summarized below, although custom contracts can be arranged for athletes with plans that require more than what I have listed here. For instance, I can do training camps or days at various locations around the country, or work with a lab to measure your VO2 Max, get a blood lactate profile, or measure your body fat percentage.
If you don't like how things are going after the first month, you don't owe a dime - no questions asked.
Even though it's the most simple option, even the basic package includes a custom training plan, created completely from scratch based on your needs. We will discuss goals, time commitments, and other constrains, and then keep two-way communication open to tweak things as you progress.
If you want to take things to the next level and get feedback on every workout, with more frequent tag-ups, then consider stepping up to the Premium package. It offers everything in the basic package, with additional communication and flexibility.
