Meet the coach: 

Phil Maynard

I discovered athletics relatively late in life, after I was married and a father. But along with a passion for being active and competitive, I discovered that the planning and science of training was what really drove me. And so, I've compiled a wide and varied base of training knowledge about sports from running and cycling to ski mountaineering and climbing. I still personally participate in all those sports, although my best days now are showing my kids how fun it is to move quickly through the mountains.
